DIGITAL RIGHTS
Teacher's Media is now offering digital rights licenses to schools, school districts, and regional media centers for over 800 award-winning Sunburst Visual Media titles. Flexible terms including length of licenses and formats are available.
A digital license includes the right to use programs with whatever digital media system you are using within your building, districts, or from your regional media center. In addition, you receive the right to transmit video content both synchronously and asynchronously, as well as public performance rights.
SCHOOL PURCHASE ORDER POLICY
School purchase orders are now accepted by phone. Please have item number, product title, page number and price for each item you are ordering, as well as P.O. number, ship to and bill to addresses and contact person`s name and phone number. Our Federal I.D. number is 26-2530800. Do not send a duplicate or confirming purchase order via mail or fax. If we receive and ship a duplicate order, customer is responsible for return shipping cost or if the order is not returned, the full value of the second order.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES
Teacher`s Media will only ship to addresses in United States, United States Territories, and Canada. Next Day and Second Day orders are based on orders received by noon E.S.T. and require 24 hours processing time in addition to the shipping day(s). Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties.

RETURNS
There is never any risk when you order from Teacher`s Media. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply call us at 800.262.8837 to arrange for a return. We will accept its return if you contact us for an R/A number and it is shipped back in 100% resalable condition within 60 days of delivery. A proof of purchase is required for any refund or exchange.
If you receive a damaged product, call us within 60 days after it has been delivered to you and we will issue an R/A number, ship you a replacement for which you will be billed for and credit that order once the damaged product has been returned. If you call us after 60 days of our delivering the product, we will send you a replacement, however you will be charged an additional $10.00 plus shipping and handling. In either case, you will need to have your order number when you call in order for us to process your request.

VIDEO USE IN THE CLASSROOM
Under current federal copyright laws, all of the videotapes sold by Teacher`s Media Company may be exhibited in classrooms under the following conditions:
- an instructor is present during the exhibition of the videotapes
- the videos/DVDs are used in the context of face-to-face instruction
- no admission fee is charged
- the videotapes/DVDs are not duplicated
In addition, videos may be used on closed-circuit systems within one school.
